HOW IT ALL WORKS
DinnerCrafters isn’t like those other “meal kit” companies
Every week, I put together a fresh, multi-course dinner designed for two people to enjoy family-style. No chopping things up, no following recipe directions from a pamphlet, no guesswork.
Think of it like bringing home a restaurant night without the reservations, the waiting, or the cleanup.
What’s a Dinner Crafting Kit?
It’s not a “meal kit” where you’re chopping up carrots and following a recipe, and it’s not a single-serving rice bowl with salmon on top…
A Dinner Crafting Kit is my version of a beautiful, ready-to-serve dinner, with no prep, no stress, and no decisions
Each week, I create a new, multi-course meal for two people to enjoy family-style. Generally you get appetizers, sides, a main dish… all built around a seasonal theme or flavor profile. Meals are fully cooked and ready to heat, with instructions included.
This isn’t a meal kit with raw ingredients, it’s more like picking up something delicious from a chef friend who just happens to know what you’re craving before you do.
Our Weekly Flow
Each week, I create a new multi-course dinner designed for two.
Order by Monday at 10am for pick up or delivery on Friday.
I source fresh ingredients for that week’s menu and prepare the menu items during the week.
Dinner Crafting Kits are available for pick up or delivery on Friday.
Why Pre-Order Only?
I only cook what’s been ordered. That’s how I keep quality high, reduce waste, and make every Dinner Crafting Kit from fresh, hand-picked ingredients.
When you place your order by Monday at 10am, you’re not just reserving dinner… you’re giving me the chance to plan, shop, and cook with care, knowing exactly how many people I’m feeding.
That’s why you can’t just “grab a kit” on Friday. There’s no inventory, no extras sitting in a fridge. It’s all made for the people who raised their hand in advance.
Things You Might Be Wondering
-
Not at this time. Each week’s menu is designed as a whole experience, and I cook everything in batches to keep it consistent and fresh.
-
In general, I’m not able to guarantee allergy accommodations. If you have a serious allergy to a main menu item, I recommend skipping that week’s kit and checking back the next.
If you have an allergy to a certain ingredient that might be easy to omit, get in touch and we’ll talk.
-
Kits are sold as full meals for two… it’s all or nothing (except dessert, which is optional). That’s how I keep the portions balanced and the prep efficient.
-
That’s the final cut-off. I start shopping right after. Occasionally you might catch me while I’m still sourcing ingredients, but it’s rare. Want a heads-up next time? Join the email list, right up there at the top of the page.
-
Nope. All meals are pre-ordered. That’s how I keep waste low, prices reasonable, and quality high.
-
Absolutely. Lots of folks order two kits or more, either for a larger family or to have a little dinner party. Just make sure to place your full order by Monday morning.
-
Occasionally I revisit favorites, especially certain individual menu items, but most full menus are one-time offerings. It keeps things seasonal, fresh, and fun.
-
Menus go up every Friday, and I announce them via email. Join the list if you want it delivered to your inbox, or just check the website directly.

Each kit is designed to feed two adults generously. Many folks say it’s enough for leftovers, especially with dessert added.
-
Totally optional. But often worth it.
-
Each kit comes with clear heating and serving instructions. Most items are best in the oven or stovetop, and certain items are actually best when microwaved with care. If you’ve got a stovetop, an oven or large toaster oven, and a microwave then you’re all set.
-
No. Everything is chilled and ready to heat. That way it’s fresher when you eat it, and easier to store if you’re not eating right away.
-
Right now, I deliver to Baltimore City and a few select areas just north of the city. If you’re outside that range, pickup is always an option.
-
No problem. Meals are packed to stay cool for a short window. Just leave a cooler or let me know where to leave it. If you're unsure, pickup might be the safer bet.
