DinnerCrafters Terms of Service

Welcome to DinnerCrafters! By placing an order with us, accessing our website, or communicating with us via phone, text, or email, you agree to the following Terms of Service.
1. Overview
DinnerCrafters provides prepared meals for pickup or delivery, based on a rotating weekly menu. Our services are offered subject to your acceptance of these terms and any additional policies referenced here, including our Privacy Policy.
2. Ordering and Payment
Orders must be placed by the published deadline for the current menu cycle.
Full payment is required at the time of ordering. We accept major credit cards through our secure payment processor.
Orders are not confirmed until payment is received.
3. Pickup and Delivery
Pickup and delivery times will be communicated via SMS and/or email prior to the scheduled fulfillment day.
It is your responsibility to be available at the scheduled time and location.
Missed pickups or deliveries may result in forfeited meals without refund, unless alternate arrangements are confirmed in advance.
If we are unable to fulfill an order due to unforeseen circumstances, you will be contacted directly to reschedule or receive a refund.
4. Cancellations and Changes
Orders are final once the ordering window closes each week (typically Monday at 10:00 AM).
After the cutoff, cancellations and changes are not guaranteed, as ingredients are already being sourced and prepared.
If you need to cancel or adjust an order after the deadline, please contact us and we'll do our best to help, depending on timing and prep status.

5. Allergens and Dietary Restrictions
We do not use formal allergen labels, but most common allergens are clearly noted in our menu item names and descriptions.
If you have a food allergy or dietary restriction, we strongly encourage you to contact us before placing an order.
We maintain a private internal database of known customer allergies and check each week's menu against it during meal prep.
Please note that while we take precautions, we do not operate in an allergen-free kitchen, and trace amounts of allergens may be present.
6. SMS Communication
By placing an order, you agree to receive SMS messages related to your order, including pickup/delivery times, updates, and reminders.
Message frequency: typically 1–2 per order
Message and data rates may apply depending on your carrier
You may opt out by replying STOP to any message

7. Intellectual Property
All content on this site—including text, photos, and branding—is the property of DinnerCrafters and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
DinnerCrafters is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to:
Delays or disruptions in delivery
Customer failure to pick up an order
Allergic reactions or food sensitivities not disclosed prior to ordering
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland. Any disputes will be handled in the appropriate state or federal court located in Maryland.
